CHRONEXT is the first e-commerce address for luxury watches. Our mission is to create transparency, trust and joy for all watch lovers and to create the leading online platform for luxury watches in combination with an excellent customer experience! Therefore, we only offer watches that are tested and certified for quality and authenticity by experienced watchmakers in our master workshop.
Since our foundation in 2013, our vision has been to define the market through accessibility, first-class service and a secure shopping experience. Our parent company has Swiss roots and is based in Zug, Switzerland. Our largest operational location is in Cologne, Germany, with no less than 1400 square meters of office space.

Our teams
Our management team oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations, ensuring that goals are met and resources are used effectively. We have a flat hierarchy and management values transparent communication and input from every team and every level of the hierarchy to work together as a team.
Our IT Engineering, Infrastructure and IT Business Operations teams are responsible for maintaining and improving the technological backbone of the company and ensuring the smooth functioning of our online platform, internal systems, security and supporting technical business processes.
Our HR team takes care of everything in the employee lifecycle, promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting the needs of employees and managers, balancing both the business and team objectives. In addition, the Office team ensures that all office-related issues are taken care of and that the teams on-site at the locations can experience a smooth working day.
Our Brand & Marketing team devises and executes strategies to attract and retain customers, utilizing various channels such as digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
Our Service Center (Workshop & Logistics) manages luxury watch services, repairs, revisions and logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient handling of product returns and exchanges.
Our Supply team manages the procurement and inventory of new, pre-owned and B2B stock to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and efficient management of stock levels & margins.
The Sales and Client Advisory team supports customers with product information and recommendations, conducts personal appointments with our customers and offers personal support to improve the luxury shopping experience.
Our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team provides financial insights, forecasts, and budgeting support to aid decision-making and ensure financial stability and is our core data & reporting team.
Our Accounting team oversees financial transactions, reporting, and compliance, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards of our legal entities.

Recruiting FAQs
The application process with us usually consists of an average of 3-4 process steps. The first step usually consists of a brief meeting with our HR team, where we get to know you in German and English, followed by standardly a technical interview and finally a trial day or an area-specific tasks/case study.
In the first interview, we want to get to know you personally, but we also want to evaluate if you are passionate about CHRONEXT, align with our business values and will ask about your motivation or for instance, your understanding of CHRONEXT, the business model and our USPs.
It is, therefore, an advantage if you not only familiarise yourself with the respective job description in advance but also inform yourself about CHRONEXT and the respective team.
For us, authenticity is not only important for watches but also for our employees. We attach great importance to a neat, up-to-date CV without grammatical or spelling mistakes, stating your salary expectations, availability and current location as well as relevant professional and training certificates.
